The Missouri Economic Developers Council (MEDC) Scholarship Program is designed to help MEDC members with limited resources to continuously develop professional economic development skills. Scholarships are given to current MEDC Full Members to attend educational and training programs that members may not otherwise attend due to financial restrictions.

In 2026, the Missouri Economic Development Council will be offering scholarships for the Heartland Economic Development Course.
Heartland Economic Development Course
- $600 scholarship for a current MEDC Full Member to attend the Heartland Economic Development Course.
- You must register for Heartland BEFORE submitting your scholarship application to MEDC.
The deadline for applications is March 2, 2026.
